We are actively looking to add a Lead Manager to our real estate investment firm.
This role involves speaking with both new and existing leads, with the primary goal of qualifying prospects and setting appointments for our acquisitions team to present offers.
Responsibilities include calling inbound and outbound leads using RingCentral and Wayv Dialer, following and internalizing a proven script, taking detailed notes during and after each conversation, and accurately categorizing and updating leads in our CRM (GoHighLevel). You will also be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, consistently following up with leads, and hitting daily KPIs and performance targets.
This position is ideal for someone who has strong English communication skills, confidence on the phone, a willingness to learn and improve daily, and a results-driven mindset. This is a performance-driven role where consistency, effort, and communication directly impact your success and income.
We offer a base salary along with performance-based bonuses for each contract signed and deal closed. This position will begin as part-time, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role in the coming months based on performance and company growth. There is also clear potential for advancement into acquisitions or leadership roles for top performers.
