JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Lead Manager for our real estate acquisitions business.

This is not a closer role.

Your job is to:

respond quickly to new seller leads
follow up consistently
work the CRM hard
identify seller motivation
set quality appointments for acquisitions
keep clean notes and next steps in the CRM

You are the buffer between junk and gold.

What success looks like in this role:

fast speed-to-lead
consistent follow-up
strong CRM discipline
clean notes
quality appointments without overqualifying everything

You will be speaking with seller leads and identifying the 4 pillars of the deal:

why
timeline
repairs
price

Hours: 30–40 hours per week
Timezone requirement: Must overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours

Pay: $5–$7/hour + performance bonuses

Bonuses are based on:

kept appointments
contracts sourced from your pipeline
note quality
speed to lead
follow-up consistency

Requirements:

strong spoken and written English
warm and easy-to-listen-to phone presence
coachable
organized
comfortable with accountability
comfortable making a high volume of calls and follow-ups
able to write clean CRM notes
reliable internet
quiet work environment
headset for calls

Nice to have:

CRM experience (GoHighLevel, ReSimpli, or similar)
REI lead management or seller lead experience
appointment setting experience
familiarity with wholesaling or off-market acquisitions

To apply, send all of the following:

Your resume
A 1–2 minute voice recording introducing yourself and explaining your lead management experience
Your timezone and availability during U.S. Eastern hours
A short sample CRM note from this situation:
Seller inherited property, wants to sell in 2 months, roof is old, house needs paint and flooring, wants $180k, brother is involved
Answer these questions:
What is the difference between a lead manager and an acquisitions closer?
What are the 4 most important things to uncover before setting an appointment?
A seller says, “I’m not ready for an offer yet, but I might sell in the next 30–60 days.” What would you do next?

Important: In the first line of your application, write: “I understand this is not a closer role.”

Applications missing any of the above will be rejected.
