Cash Now Philly closes over 100 deals a year across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. We're not a startup figuring things out — we're a proven operation looking for two Follow-Up Managers to join our acquisitions team.
This role is all about lead reactivation. You'll be working through our CRM database of homeowners, identifying motivation, and setting up quality conversations for our acquisition reps. If you're comfortable in high-volume phone environments and know how to turn a "not interested" into a real conversation, this could be a great fit.
What the job looks like day-to-day:
Working in a predictive dialer (Salesforce, Zen Call) making hundreds of calls per day
Reactivating aged leads and identifying homeowners who are actually motivated to sell
Handling objections and keeping conversations moving forward
Logging detailed notes and dispositions in the CRM
Handing off real opportunities to our acquisition team with solid context
Who we're looking for:
At least 2 years of cold calling or outbound sales experience
Clear English communication — you'll be talking to homeowners across the US
Someone who can sit in a dialer queue all day and stay sharp
You listen more than you talk and know how to find motivation without being pushy
Real estate experience is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person
What we offer:
$5/hour base pay
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM Eastern
