JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Lead Manager & Outreach VA (GoHighLevel + Field Routes)

Overview
Looking for a reliable VA to manage leads in GoHighLevel, keep customer records updated in Field Routes, and help bring in new business through outreach and local social media when not handling inbound customers

Responsibilities

Respond quickly to missed calls/texts in GoHighLevel and book a callback appointment with me
Follow up with leads who don't respond right away
Enter/update customer and job info in Field Routes as needed
Reach out to potential commercial clients with personalized messages (text/email/call)
Post weekly in local Facebook groups to promote our services and respond to any interest
Keep GoHighLevel and Field Routes updated — notes, tags, appointment statuses

Requirements

Experience with GoHighLevel and/or Field Routes (training available)
Strong writing skills — able to personalize messages, not use generic scripts
Comfortable with cold outreach
Organized and self-motivated
Reliable during work hours
