About The Role:
As our Lead Generator/Cold Caller you must have recruitment cold calling experience & ideally jobaadder or GHL, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities by sourcing and qualifying potential leads. This role involves researching prospects, reaching out to potential clients moving them through the sales funnel. The Lead Generation Specialist works closely with the sales team to provide qualified leads, contributing to increased sales and business growth.
Your Main Assignment Responsibilities Will Include:
- Lead Sourcing: Through various tools and platforms
- Data Mining: Extract and organize lead information, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date in the CRM or lead management system.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria (budget, need, timeline, decision-making authority) to ensure they are viable prospects.
Initial Contact: Reach out to leads via
- Cold Outreach: Conduct targeted cold calling to introduce the company’s offerings and qualify interest.
- Scheduling Meetings/Demos: Coordinate and schedule meetings, product demos, or consultations between qualified leads and the sales team.
- Track Lead Metrics: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress in the CRM system. Track key performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, contact rates, and response rates.

Qualifications:
- Proven and strong years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a related field
- Proficiency with lead generation platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, GHL, Jobadder), and other
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to initiate conversations and engage prospects.
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple leads, campaigns, and outreach activities simultaneously.
- Ability to meet lead generation targets and KPIs, with a focus on quality over quantity.
- Must be proactive, resourceful, detail oriented, communicative, disciplined and has great time management skill
