JOB OVERVIEW

The Role
We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to drive new business opportunities by reaching out directly to agencies and brands. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective partners — opening conversations, generating replies, and converting interest into booked meetings for the commercial team to take forward.

This is a mid-level role for someone who already has outbound experience and knows how to get a response from a cold or warm contact — whether that's a sharp email, a well-timed follow-up, or a LinkedIn message that actually lands.

What You'll Do
Identify and build target lists of agencies and brands that fit RB Group's commercial focus
Run outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest
Write and test outreach copy to improve reply and conversion rates
Qualify inbound and outbound interest, and book meetings directly into the commercial team's calendars
Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, responses, and pipeline in our CRM/tracking systems
Work closely with the commercial and delivery teams to understand what makes a strong-fit prospect
Report on outreach volume, response rates, and meetings booked against targets
What We're Looking For
2+ years' experience in a lead generation, sales development, or business development role
A proven track record of outbound outreach that converts into meetings — agency or brand-side experience is a strong plus
Confident, clear written communication — you know how to write an email that gets opened and replied to
Comfortable working to targets (outreach volume, response rate, meetings booked)
Organised, with strong attention to detail when managing pipeline and follow-ups
Self-starter who can work independently once given a target list and a brief
Experience with outreach/CRM tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar) is a plus
What Success Looks Like
A steady, growing pipeline of qualified meetings booked into commercial team calendars
Improving reply and conversion rates over time through iteration on approach and messaging
Strong working relationships with the commercial team, so handovers into meetings are smooth and well-briefed
