TopTier Web Services is a US-based digital marketing agency that helps small businesses generate leads and increase revenue through Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and website development. Our agency is expanding, and we are looking for motivated, reliable virtual assistants to grow with us long-term.

Position Overview:
We are hiring for a Lead Generation and Sales Specialist. You will contribute to generating leads for our agency and, as we close new clients, you will assist with managing advertising campaigns and client accounts. All training and SOPs will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation (Initial Focus):

Execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Instagram and cold email

Send outreach messages to prospective clients

Log outreach activity and follow-ups in our CRM

Advertising & Client Management (as clients are onboarded):

Set up and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns

Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search and Display)

Assist in building and editing websites and landing pages

Track conversions and report campaign performance

Provide regular updates and reports to clients

Follow documented SOPs for all tasks

Promotion Opportunity:
After an initial three-month performance review:

There is a promotional opportunity for lead account manager which is 400$/month.

Qualifications:

Strong written English skills

Reliable internet connection and working computer

Previous experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or website building is a plus (not required)

Ability to follow training and SOPs

Attention to detail

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to manage time effectively and meet weekly targets

Availability: 40 hours per week to start
