JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast growing digital agency in Sydney Australia, we need a sales associate to generate new business Selling Digital Marketing and Web Development Services.

You must be experienced and able to work autonomously to get results of qualified leads via cold prospects and warm leads alike.

This is a long term role for a talented person.
Overview
- This sales role is for Business to Business sales, selling the services web design and software development, mobile app development, SEO and marketing services.
- The sales are often large and to established companies so the role requires a long term approach and persistence. Sales can take 3 – 6 months and may start as cold leads or warm inbound inquiries.

Tasks
1. Telesales, outbound lead generation
- cold calling to generate new leads for web design and software development
- Set meeting or phone appointments
- Outbound prospecting via cold email.
- Outbound prospecting via linkedin or social media.

2. Sales
- Follow up inbound leads via phone and email.
- Manage email inbox and reply to all sales related emails
- Manage all sales prospects in our CRM database and update details where appropriate
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries with phone calls and emails to progress the sale
- Create proposals according to predefined templates provided
- Get approval on the proposal and then send to the client
- Follow up the proposal to get approval or set a meeting
- Ability to follow up to close sales

3. Customer service
- Follow up with production team to start new projects.
- Communicate with client once they start their projects
- Handle customer inquiries about services.

Requirements
- Basic knowledge in Software Development, SEO and web design so that you can speak about these services confidently.
- Skill in project management and customer service.
- Previous experience and success in a similar role.
- Strong sales knowledge of B2B selling processes.

Hours
- 8hrs per day and possibility of full time in future.
- Long term commitment is required for 6 months minimum

5 years + experience is preferred

We are based in Sydney Australia so the timezone for work is approximately 7am - 3pm Philippines time.
