About Us
LimozX is a growing SaaS platform built for the ground transportation industry. We work with limo and black car services, NEMT providers, airport transfer companies, shuttle operators, corporate fleets, hotels with transport partnerships, and travel agencies around the world. Our platform helps operators run their businesses more efficiently, from dispatch and booking through to billing and fleet management.
We are expanding quickly and building out our sales team. That starts here, with someone who can find the right people for us to reach out to every day.
About the Role
This is a full-time, long-term position. You will be the foundation of our outbound sales operation, responsible for finding and organizing the companies we contact every day.
You will research transportation businesses worldwide, verify their contact information, and keep our CRM clean and up to date. The sales team depends entirely on the accuracy and consistency of your work, so attention to detail and reliability are everything in this role.
If you take pride in doing things right, work well without constant supervision, and communicate proactively when something is unclear, this role was built for you.
What You Will Do
• Research transportation companies worldwide, including limo and black car services, NEMT providers, airport ground transport operators, corporate shuttle companies, hotel concierge and transport departments, and travel agencies
• Collect and verify company details such as phone numbers,
• Organize and clean data in Google Sheets, so it is accurate and easy to work with
• Upload verified leads into our CRM and keep all records properly tagged and categorized by segment and status
• Prepare daily call lists for the sales team based on the leads you have researched
• Track invalid numbers and bounced
• Follow instructions carefully, meet daily output targets, and let us know immediately if anything is unclear
What We Are Looking For

• Fluent written English with clear, professional communication
• Strong experience in lead generation or data research, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
• Excellent Google Sheets skills, including organizing, cleaning, and formatting large datasets
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, not just speed
• Reliable and consistent, with the ability to manage your own daily workload independently
• Stable internet connection with no frequent dropouts
• Available to overlap at least 4 hours with US Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Candidates from all countries are welcome to apply.

Compensation
• $2-$3 per hour
• Full-time, long-term position
• Performance bonuses based on output quality and accuracy
• Salary review after 90 days for strong performers
