JOB OVERVIEW

Lead Generation VA — Home-Services Marketing Agency (Full-Time, Long-Term)

We're a US-based marketing agency that generates leads for home-service
contractors, and we're hiring a full-time virtual assistant to help run the
backend of our lead-generation campaigns. If you've worked in GoHighLevel or
done outreach/messaging work before, you'll fit in fast.

This is a hands-on backend role — no cold calling and no customer support. Your
focus is running the campaigns, messaging leads, and keeping everything organized.

About the role
You'll help manage the daily backend of our lead-generation agency. We work with
home-service contractors — tree service, fencing, decking, painting, landscaping,
and similar — and connect them with homeowners who want quotes.

Your job is to:
• Set up and run our lead-generation campaigns
• Message and follow up with leads through SMS in GoHighLevel
• Update tags and pipelines as conversations move
• Keep Google Sheets and client trackers updated
• Follow clear SOPs and checklists for each task
• Report results at the end of each shift

You'll get full training and Loom videos for every process.

What we're looking for
• GoHighLevel experience required (or strong experience with a very similar CRM
you can pick up fast)
• Experience in lead generation, outreach, or messaging-based roles
• Nice to have: experience with home-service contractors (tree service, fencing,
painting, decking, etc.)
• Nice to have: Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and very organized
• Fluent written English and clear communication
• Can follow step-by-step SOPs and work independently
• Reliable internet, your own setup, available full-time

Hours
• Full-time, Monday–Saturday, US Eastern time

Pay
• Starting salary $700–$1,000/month based on experience
• Performance bonuses when targets are hit
• Salary reviews as you take on more responsibility
