We are seeking a full-time Virtual Assistant focused on lead generation, sales support, and operations expertise. The ideal candidate has:
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1 and above)
- A dependable, proactive work style with strong initiative
- High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Experience in research, data organization, CRM management, and administrative processes
- Availability to work 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (ET) for coordination with our team
This role requires someone who is comfortable working independently, producing accurate prospect lists, and creating clear communication materials to support our team.

Role Overview
The Lead Generation Virtual Assistant will be responsible for researching and verifying prospects, organizing data in Salesforce, and assisting administrative systems. This person will ensure accuracy in contact details, company information, and geographic focus while supporting the sales and operations tea
Key Responsibilities
Prospect Research & List Building
- Use ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and company websites to identify and verify prospects within our 13-county territory
- Validate company headquarters, local office locations, and decision-maker contact details
- Maintain high accuracy and consistency across databases
Data Organization & CRM Support
- Compile and organize prospect data into spreadsheets
- Upload verified data into Salesforce (SF) and assign tasks to sales representatives
- Create a brief summary report of research completed and leads added
- Assist in maintaining and refining Salesforce records to provide the sales team with reliable, current data
- Prepare a brief summary report of research completed and leads added on a regular cadence
Sales Team Collaboration
- Align lead generation efforts with current sales priorities as directed by leadership
- Provide the sales team with clean, organized, and ready-to-use prospect lists
- Support in maintaining a healthy, accurate, and compliant pipeline
- Assist with internal trackers, lead routing updates, and other operational projects as needed
Qualifications
- Experience supporting sales teams that work defined geographic territories
- Proven experience in lead generation, research, or sales support
- Proficiency with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and Salesforce
- Strong Excel skills for organizing and reporting data
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and verification skills
- Ability to apply research and outreach approaches across industries
Preferred Skills:
- Skilled in preparing and sending client-facing communication and updates
- Familiarity with professional services, training, or B2B sales environments
