JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:

We are on the lookout for a motivated and results-oriented Outbound Sales VA who can take charge of lead outreach and qualification for our high-ticket sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a natural ability to build rapport quickly, identify serious buyers, and convert initial conversations into booked calls. Strong communication, persistence, and CRM discipline are essential.


Key Responsibilities:

- Engage inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and social media messaging
- Apply defined qualification standards to determine which leads are worth booking
- Coordinate call schedules between qualified prospects and the sales team
- Run systematic follow-ups with leads who need additional touchpoints before committing
- Maintain clean, up-to-date records in the CRM after every interaction
- Counter objections calmly and keep prospects interested and moving forward
- Manage a high daily outreach volume across all assigned communication channels
- Contribute to team efforts around script development and outreach performance
- Achieve individual appointment targets on a weekly and monthly basis


Mandatory Skills:

- Experience in an appointment-setting, SDR, or outbound sales capacity
- Strong spoken and written English with a confident and professional tone
- Proven ability to handle objections and maintain consistent follow-up discipline
- Practical experience using a CRM system to track and manage leads
- Comfort operating across multiple outreach channels simultaneously
- Capable of working independently and managing a results-driven daily schedule
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and accountable for personal performance metrics


Preferred Skills:

- Experience specifically in high-ticket sales environments
- Background in service industries such as coaching, consulting, or agency work
- Knowledge of outreach and automation platforms used in sales prospecting
- Ability to work naturally from scripts without sounding scripted
- Awareness of buyer psychology and what motivates high-value prospects to commit
- Track record of strong show rates and consistent appointment quality
