JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring multiple remote Administrative Support Assistants based in the Philippines to support our growing operations team.
This is a process-driven independent contractor role involving routine administrative work, online research, record management, and professional business communication. No previous experience is required. Training, written procedures, templates, and the necessary work tools will be provided.


Responsibilities
- Complete routine administrative and data-entry tasks
- Conduct basic online research using provided tools and instructions
- Review and organize business contact information
- Send professional business communications using approved templates
- Maintain accurate records of completed activities
- Monitor responses and update internal tracking systems
- Forward relevant responses to the appropriate team member
- Follow established procedures and daily work instructions
- Perform other related administrative support duties as assigned


Requirements
- Based in the Philippines
- Own computer or laptop
- Reliable and stable internet connection
- Basic written English communication skills
- Basic computer and internet navigation skills
- Ability to follow written instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule
- Comfortable performing repetitive administrative tasks
- Comfortable using online professional networking and business communication platforms
- Must maintain an active LinkedIn account in their own name and in good standing for assigned professional communication activities

The company will provide the necessary business tools and applicable premium platform access. Personal account passwords or login credentials will never be requested by the company.


Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM U.S. Central Time
- Applicants must be comfortable working the corresponding overnight schedule in Philippine time.
- Consistent availability during the agreed schedule is required.


Compensation
- USD $200–$300 per month
- Compensation includes a $200 monthly contractor fee plus up to $100 in additional performance-based compensation based on established quality, attendance, and productivity requirements.
- Performance requirements and compensation terms will be explained before the contractor agreement is accepted.
