CostGenie and IntelliFM are early-stage SaaS platforms built to solve real operational and commercial problems across procurement, finance, operations, and facilities management.
The platforms are built, but they are pre-scale. This is the stage where customer feedback, real conversations, and qualified onboarding matter more than vanity metrics. We are now looking to bring in a strong lead generation professional to help us onboard our first wave of serious customers, validate pricing, and shape how these products go to market.
This is not a polished corporate sales role — it’s a build phase role.
Role Summary
We are hiring a hands-on Lead Generation & Early Customer Acquisition Specialist to help us:
Identify and onboard solid, qualified customers
Drive early traction and revenue conversations
Support the validation of pricing models, ICPs, and messaging
Feed real-world insight back into the product, landing pages, and sales process
You will be working directly with the founder and sales leadership during the most important phase of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and source high-quality B2B prospects aligned to our target customers
Engage decision-makers across Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Facilities Management
Run outbound outreach via LinkedIn and
Qualify prospects properly — this role is about quality over volume
Book and support onboarding calls with genuinely interested prospects
Help gather feedback on:
Pricing expectations
Feature priorities
Buying objections
Support the refinement of:
Pricing structure
Sales messaging
Landing page content and positioning
Keep CRM and lead data clean and up to date
Report weekly on progress, learnings, and opportunities
What We’re Looking For
2+ years experience in B2B lead generation / SDR / outbound sales
Comfortable working with early-stage products that are still being refined
Strong communicator with confident written and spoken English
Able to qualify leads properly (budget, authority, need, timing)
Commercially minded — understands that early customers shape the product
Organised, proactive, and comfortable working without rigid scripts
