Role Overview
As a Lead Generation expert, you will be responsible for identifying high-value prospects and engineering new business opportunities for our global recruitment consultants. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment that rewards persistence, systematic headhunting techniques, and measurable results. This role is focused on high-intensity outreach, sophisticated client engagement, and maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified proposals each week.
Key Responsibilities
-Conduct high-volume outbound activity via
- Research and qualify leads for complex hiring solutions, including Managed Programmes and Statement of Work (SOW) projects.
- Build tailored proposals that highlight the company's "Quality over Quantity" mantra and our rigorous 3-stage vetting process.
- Work closely with Industry SMEs and Recruitment teams to optimize lead-to-client conversion rates and ensure "Delivery Excellence".
- Meticulously manage prospect data and outreach activity to ensure a seamless "Consult, Scale, Innovate" workflow.
- Meet and exceed aggressive weekly and monthly targets for qualified opportunities created and proposals delivered.
- Represent the EmergeTech brand with professional, consultative insight, acting as a "Partner for Talent" at every touchpoint.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven success in a sales, SDR, or lead generation role, specifically within the recruitment or technology sectors.
- Exceptional written and verbal skills; you must be confident and articulate when engaging senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage intense outreach volumes while maintaining the "bespoke" quality our partners expect.
- Expert-level proficiency with CRM software, prospecting tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
