JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
Execute email outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Research and identify potential clients within the US real estate and lending market.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM systems.
Follow up consistently with leads through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead statuses.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or business development.
Experience in the US real estate loan, mortgage, or lending industry is required.
Strong cold calling and phone communication skills.
Experience with email prospecting and outbound sales campaigns.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar.
Ability to research prospects using tools such as LinkedIn, Google, or lead databases.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
