**Job Overview:**
We are looking for a **high-output Lead Generation Specialist** whose sole role is to send outbound messages daily across multiple platforms.

This is a **volume-based role**. If you are not comfortable sending a high number of messages every day, this position is not for you.

**Your Daily Responsibilities:**

* Send **100–200 DMs PER PLATFORM per day**

* Instagram: 100–200 DMs
* Facebook: 100–200 DMs
* TikTok: 100–200 DMs
* Total: **300–600 messages per day**

* Message:

* Followers
* People who liked posts
* Commenters
* Targeted outbound prospects

* Follow platform-safe sending behavior to avoid restrictions/blocks

**Important Clarification:**

* You are **NOT responsible for replying** to messages
* You are **ONLY responsible for sending messages consistently at scale**

**Who This Is For:**

* Someone who can stay consistent with **high daily output**
* Someone who understands this is a **repetitive, execution-heavy role**
* Someone who can follow instructions and hit daily targets **without excuses**

* People who are uncomfortable sending large volumes of messages

* People who slow down, overthink, or avoid outreach

**Requirements:**

* Experience with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
* Ability to follow DM scripts and targeting instructions
* Understanding of how to avoid spam flags / account restrictions
* Reliable internet and ability to work Monday–Friday consistently

**Working Schedule:**

* Monday to Friday
* Must complete daily DM targets within the day
