TYPE OF WORK:
Part time to start with options for fulltime (20-40 hrs/week).
SALARY:
$8-$15
(We pay for experience. Please apply only if you have real B2B lead gen results.)
ROLE OVERVIEW:
This is NOT basic list-building.
You will own: (1) lead sourcing + contact discovery, (2) HubSpot CRM data quality, and (3) outbound sequences + optimization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Lead sourcing (AEC/design audiences)
- Build curated target lists: architecture firms, interior designers, lighting designers, specifiers, design-build.
- Follow our ICP filters and keep a clean suppression list (do-not-contact).
2) Contact discovery + verification
- Find decision-makers and verify
- Maintain a quality-first standard (no spam lists, no low-confidence
3) HubSpot CRM data entry + hygiene
- Create and update Company + Contact records in HubSpot.
- Maintain clean properties, minimize duplicates, and ensure completeness.
4) Outbound
- Build and run sequences in HubSpot.
- A/B test subject lines and messaging, analyze results, and iterate.
5) Reporting
- Weekly reporting: leads created, sequence performance, replies, meetings booked, what you’re changing next.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
- 4+ years of B2B lead generation experience (SDR / outbound / appointment setting / lead gen)
- HubSpot expert (CRM + Sequences + lists + reporting + data hygiene)
- Strong cold
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator proficiency
- Detail-oriented data hygiene: accurate entry, low duplicates, clean formatting
- Professional English writing (clear, concise, error-free)
PREFERRED:
- Experience targeting architects / interior designers / lighting designers / construction / complex B2B industries
- Portfolio or case studies showing results (reply rates, meetings booked, pipeline contribution)
- Experience with A/B testing and reporting dashboards

- Must follow privacy and anti-spam requirements (unsubscribe handling, consent standards).
- No prohibited scraping, no buying/leaking databases, no spam blasting.
- Quality over volume. We measure outcomes and accuracy.
KPIs (WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE):
- 60–120 verified leads/week once ramped (with correct titles + verified contact info)
- CRM accuracy and completeness ? 98%
- Consistent improvement of sequence performance (opens/clicks/replies/meetings booked)
- Clear weekly reporting with insights and next actions
