The Role

You will focus on handling inbound responses from outbound campaigns, nurturing leads, overcoming objections, and ensuring meetings are successfully booked and attended.
What You’ll Own
- Responding to inbound replies from cold
- Maintaining a 10-minute SLA (10 AM – 6 PM EST) for lead responses
- Managing multi-touch follow-ups
- Booking qualified meetings with decision-makers
- Making manual outbound calls to non-responsive leads
- Following up with no-show prospects to reschedule meetings
- Handling real objections and driving conversations forward (no script dependency)
- Qualifying leads using frameworks such as BANT / MEDDIC / PAINT
- Collaborating with Account Executives for seamless handoffs
- Logging structured and accurate notes in CRM
Targets & KPIs
- Meeting booking rate
- Show-up rate for scheduled meetings
Required Experience
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR in B2B campaigns
- Proven success in booking meetings for U.S.-based B2B companies
- Experience selling into SMB or Mid-Market U.S. accounts
- Strong background in outbound sales
- Ability to engage prospects in conversations around ROI, marketing, growth, or tech solutions
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, JustCall is a plus
