We’re hiring in Davao City. ????

Visioneer LLC is looking for a *Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist* to help identify qualified prospects, build targeted lead lists, manage outreach systems, maintain accurate CRM data, and create more qualified sales opportunities across multiple client accounts.

This is a great fit for someone who understands that lead generation is more than finding names and email addresses.

We’re looking for someone who can research the right companies and decision-makers, improve lead quality, use modern prospecting tools intelligently, follow up consistently, and help turn outbound activity into real conversations and qualified appointments.

Depending on the client and campaign, your work may include *prospect research, list building, contact verification, CRM management, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, follow-up, lead qualification, and appointment setting.*

We’re especially interested in people who are technically confident and excited to master *AI-powered lead generation and sales tools*. Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, GoHighLevel, CRM systems, data-enrichment tools, dialers, automation platforms, or similar software is a major advantage.

You should be comfortable working toward measurable outcomes such as qualified leads generated, conversations started, response rates, appointments scheduled, data accuracy, and campaign performance rather than simply completing activity for the sake of activity.

Outside agreed collaboration sessions, meetings, deadlines, and client commitments, contractors retain flexibility in organizing when and where they perform their services.
