Be Different LLC is a fast-growing online coaching company looking to hire a reliable and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team long-term.

We are looking for someone who understands how to build conversations inside the DMs and convert them into booked calls.

If you have experience in Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook outreach and enjoy booking appointments, this role is for you.

???? RESPONSIBILITIES

Send 75–100 DMs per day

Message social media followers, likers, and commenters

Start natural conversations

Qualify prospects

Book at least 10 calls per week

Track conversations and results daily

Respond quickly to employer communication

This is a performance-based role. KPIs must be hit weekly.

???? REQUIREMENTS

Experience sending outbound DMs

Experience booking calls (coaching, agency, sales, etc.)

Strong written English

Comfortable following scripts and using ChatGPT tools

Able to handle objections and move conversations forward

Understand how to avoid social media restrictions

Fast internet connection

Available full-time

?? This role is NOT for beginners with no DM experience.

You must already understand how to work inside social media inboxes.

$500 USD monthly base salary

Commission for every booked call that SHOWS UP

High performers can earn $1,000+ per month
