Position Overview

We are looking for a Lead Generation & Social Media Management Virtual Assistant whose primary focus will be generating new leads and growing our brand presence online.

This is not a basic administrative position. We want someone who is creative, proactive, and motivated to help grow a real business.

Your work will directly contribute to bringing in new commercial clients and expanding our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

Your primary responsibility will be generating leads through strategic outreach and research.

This may include:

- Researching businesses that may need exterior cleaning services
- Prospecting commercial and industrial clients
- Building prospect lists
- Reaching out through methods such as:
- LinkedIn outreach
- Email outreach
- Social media messaging
- Business research and prospecting
- Identifying opportunities to promote services such as:
- Window cleaning
- Commercial pressure washing
- Building washing
- Exterior cleaning services
- Helping generate 5+ qualified leads per week

Target industries include:

- Property managers
- Apartment complexes
- HOAs
- Restaurants
- Retail centers
- Warehouses
- Industrial facilities
- Office buildings

Social Media Management

You will also manage and grow our social media presence.

Responsibilities include:

- Creating social media posts
- Scheduling content
- Engaging with followers
- Responding to comments and messages
- Growing our audience and engagement
- Assisting with brand awareness initiatives

- Instagram
- TikTok
- LinkedIn
- Meta Business Suite

Marketing & Strategy Support

We want someone who can think creatively and help us grow.

This may include:

- Suggesting new lead generation strategies
- Researching outreach opportunities
- Helping develop marketing campaigns
- Supporting digital marketing initiatives

You may work with tools such as:

- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

- Meta Business Suite

- Other related marketing or outreach software

Work Schedule

- Full-time position
- Preferred hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Schedule may be flexible but must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time

Compensation

- $565/month
- Performance-based bonuses available for:

Requirements

- Experience with lead generation, outreach, or marketing
- Experience managing social media accounts
- Excellent written English
- Strong spoken English
- Neutral accent is a bonus but not required
- Reliable internet connection
- Quiet work environment
- Good audio quality for communication
