About the Role

We are a growing digital marketing company looking for a Lead Generation Research Specialist who can find qualified business leads for outreach campaigns.

Your main responsibility will be researching and building lists of business owners and decision makers in specific industries.

These leads will later be used for email outreach and social media contact.

This is not a basic data entry role. We are looking for someone who understands how to find high-quality business leads, not just random companies.

This position begins part-time, with the potential to become long-term work for the right person.

What You Will Be Doing

Your job is to find qualified business leads.

Examples of businesses we target include:

Yoga studios
Pilates studios
Boutique fitness studios
Personal training studios
Martial arts gyms
Wellness businesses

You will research businesses using tools such as:

Google Maps
LinkedIn
Instagram

Facebook
Business directories

Lead Information We Need

Each lead should include:

Business Name
City and State
Website
Owner or Decision Maker, if available

Email if available
Instagram or Facebook page

Leads will be organized into a spreadsheet.

Important!!!

We are not looking for thousands of random businesses.

We are looking for high-quality leads that match specific criteria.

Accuracy is more important than volume.

Requirements

Strong research skills
Good English communication
Experience with lead generation or online research
Attention to detail
Reliable internet connection

Bonus if you have experience with:

LinkedIn research
Lead generation tools
Digital marketing agencies

Work Structure

This role begins with a 30-day paid trial period.

During the trial, we will evaluate:

Accuracy of leads
Research ability
Consistency
Communication

If everything goes well, this can become long-term ongoing work.
