JOB OVERVIEW

**About the Role**

We are a growing digital agency that helps local businesses get more customers through high-converting websites (fast turnaround, simple process).

We are looking for a **full-time Virtual Assistant** to handle lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups. This role is critical to keeping our pipeline full and generating daily opportunities.

This is a **long-term role with growth opportunities**.

**Hours & Pay**

* Part time: 8–10 hours/day, Monday–Friday
* Pay: $4/hour (starting)
* Performance bonuses available based on leads and booked calls

---

**Your Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for:

* Finding local businesses with poor or no websites (Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, Yelp)
* Collecting contact info (name, email, phone, social links)
* Sending outreach messages (email + social media DMs)
* Following up with leads (this is VERY important)
* Tracking all leads in a simple system (Google Sheets or CRM)
* Tagging and passing “interested” leads to our Account Rep

**Daily Targets (IMPORTANT)**

* 200–400 outreach messages per day
* 100–200 follow-ups per day
* 5–10 qualified leads passed daily

**What We’re Looking For**

* Strong written English
* Experience with lead generation or outreach (preferred)
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Able to follow instructions and systems exactly
* Reliable internet connection
* Able to work independently without constant supervision

**Bonus (Not Required)**

* Experience with cold email or DM outreach
* Experience using Google Sheets or CRM tools
* Familiarity with local businesses (restaurants, contractors, etc.)
