JOB OVERVIEW

Spring River has a division that supplies commercial laundry chemicals and cleaning products to laundromats, hotels, and other facilities that run high-volume laundry operations.

We are looking for a Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to identify potential customers and start conversations that turn into sales opportunities.

The goal is to find qualified businesses, reach out professionally, and generate leads for our team. If you enjoy research, outreach, and opening doors for new business relationships, this position may be a great fit.

What You’ll Do
1. Research and identify potential customers, such as: Laundromats, hotels and motels, small hospitality businesses, such as short term rentals, and other businesses with commercial laundry needs within our area.

2. Build lead lists including: business name, contact information, location, decision maker when possible

3. Conduct outreach through: email, social media, direct messaging, and other appropriate channels. Introduce our products and services, and schedule calls or pass qualified leads to our team

4. Maintain organized records of leads and outreach

What We’re Looking For:
-Experience with lead generation, outreach, or marketing
-Strong research skills
-Professional written communication
-Ability to work independently
-Organized and detail-oriented
-Comfortable initiating conversations with new businesses

Compensation
Starting rate: $3.15/hr

Performance-based raises available based on:
Quality of leads
Outreach consistency
Accuracy and organization
Leads that convert to sales opportunities

**High performers may also receive bonuses tied to successful new customers generated.
