JOB OVERVIEW

Bray Financial & Consulting provides bookkeeping and financial organization services for small businesses that need clear, accurate financial records.

We are looking for a Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to identify small business owners who may benefit from our bookkeeping services and start professional conversations that lead to consultations.

Your role is to find potential clients and open the door for our team to speak with them.

What You’ll Do
-Research and identify small businesses that may need bookkeeping help, including: local service businesses, contractors, online businesses, growing companies without an in-house bookkeeper

-Build organized lead lists including: business name, owner or decision maker (when possible), contact information, industry, location

-Conduct outreach through: email, linkedIn, social media, and other professional channels to introduce our services and generate interest, or schedule consultation calls

-Track leads and outreach activity to keep the pipeline organized

What We’re Looking For
Experience with lead generation, outreach, or marketing
Strong research skills
Professional written communication
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently

Bonus if you have experience with:
B2B outreach
Accounting or bookkeeping industry
LinkedIn prospecting
CRM systems

Compensation

Starting rate: $3.15/hr

Performance raises and bonuses available based on:
Quality and accuracy of leads
Outreach consistency
Qualified consultations scheduled
New clients generated
