Five Crown Intelligence is a premium business growth and systems company focused on helping businesses scale through lead generation, appointment setting, AI-powered automation, backend business systems, and executive outreach. We are building a lean, high-performance remote team that can help us grow across multiple verticals including AI consulting, healthcare outreach, staffing support, and business development.

We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist who can help us identify opportunities, build prospect lists, organize CRM data, and support outbound campaigns.

What You’ll Do
Research and build targeted prospect lists
Identify business owners, executives, and decision-makers
Collect and verify contact information
Manage lead data inside spreadsheets, CRMs, and outreach tools
Support cold email, LinkedIn, and outbound messaging campaigns
Track lead stages, responses, and follow-up activity
Keep databases clean, accurate, and updated
Assist with market research for different industries, including healthcare and service businesses
Help organize outreach systems that support appointment setting and sales
What We’re Looking For
Experience with lead generation, prospect research, data mining, or outreach support
Strong internet research skills
Excellent written English
High attention to detail
Ability to follow systems and SOPs
Comfortable using spreadsheets, Google Workspace, CRMs, and outreach tools
Able to work independently and hit daily/weekly targets
Reliable internet and professional communication
Preferred Experience
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Apollo, ---------- , or other enrichment tools
CRM management
Cold outreach support
Healthcare, staffing, or B2B lead research experience
