JOB OVERVIEW

We help medical device companies create IFU-style videos and 3D animations that show how their device works on the body so clinicians understand it faster.

We’re looking for someone who can identify the right people inside these companies and run outbound campaigns that generate real conversations.

This is not just a VA role.
This is about thinking, targeting, and executing campaigns properly.

What you’ll be doing
Define and refine ICPs for different campaigns
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find and filter decision-makers (product, clinical, marketing, regulatory)
Build clean, targeted lead lists (not generic scraping)
Launch LinkedIn campaigns using HeyReach (or similar tools)
Run email outreach campaigns using Instantly (or similar tools)
Write or adapt short, direct outreach messages
Track replies and improve targeting and messaging
What matters most
You know how to find the right people, not just pull lists
You understand ICP, segmentation, and targeting
You can explain why you chose a specific audience
You’ve actually run campaigns end-to-end
Requirements
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (must)
Experience with HeyReach or similar LinkedIn tools (must)
Experience with Instantly or similar email tools (preferred)
Strong understanding of outbound campaigns
Good written English

1. ICP thinking (core skill)
How would you define an ICP for our service (IFU videos for medical device companies)? Be specific.

2. Real targeting task (important)
Describe step-by-step how you would build a list using Sales Navigator for this campaign. Include:

filters you would use
job titles
company size
keywords

3. Tool experience
Which of these have you used and how:

LinkedIn Sales Navigator
HeyReach (or similar)
Instantly (or similar email tools)

Be specific.

4. Campaign execution
Walk me through how you would launch a campaign from start to finish.
From list building ? messaging ? sending ? follow-ups.

5. Message test (critical)
Write a short first message to a medical device Product Manager.
Keep it under 3 lines.

6. Problem solving
If a campaign gets low replies, what do you check first and why?

7. Attention to detail (important)
At the top of your application, write: ICP first, tools second

8. Availability
Confirm your working hours in UK time.
