Job Title: Lead Generation & LinkedIn Outreach Specialist (Investor Outreach)
About COTE Global: COTE Global exists to invest in, scale and protect the intellectual property of companies and innovators reshaping our physical world. Our investment process identifies IP-driven companies with patents, know-how and trade secrets that can be transformed into revenue-generating properties across markets. We partner with late-stage venture and middle-market growth companies to unlock the value of their IP through licensing, joint ventures and strategic partnerships. In exchange, we receive IP royalties and equity upside, allowing us to provide uncorrelated returns for investors.
Role summary: We’re looking for a rock-star Lead-Generation & LinkedIn Outreach Specialist who is proactive, detail-oriented and confident communicating in English. You will use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and related tools to identify accredited investors, family offices, and corporate partners who may be interested in IP-backed or royalty-generating investing. You’ll engage them through direct messages (DMs), thoughtful comments and customized follow?ups, ultimately booking introductory calls with our team. You will use HubSpot daily to add contacts and log all activity.
Key responsibilities:
Prospecting: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator’s advanced filters to find investors by industry, location, job title, and company size. Save leads and organize them in lists to track outreach.
Outreach: Craft personalized DMs using the ACA method (Acknowledge -Compliment - Ask) to start conversations. Leave thoughtful comments on posts to build rapport and visibility.
Follow-up: Use HubSpot to set tasks and alerts so you know when investors engage with our content or update their profiles. Send timely follow-ups that offer resources (e.g., articles on why “IP is the new gold”).
Content amplification: Coordinate with our marketing team to share updates, podcasts, and events that highlight our mission and portfolio.
Secret Question: What is considered the new gold? Expected answer: “IP”.
Reporting: Maintain an organized pipeline in HubSpot (which we will provide access to). Track connection requests, response rates and booked meetings, and report results weekly.
Client communication: Communicate daily with the founding team to refine targeting and messaging. Generate a weekly report on activities and progress.
Requirements:
Fluent in written and spoken English (tested during application).
Comfortable working U.S. business hours (9 pm–6 am Philippine time, Monday–Friday).
Strong, stable internet connection (>30 Mbps) and quiet workspace.
Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Familiar with HibSpot.
Experience in lead generation, investor relations or B2B sales preferred.
Laptop/PC with at least an i3 processor and 4 GB RAM.
Compensation & benefits:
Hourly pay of USD 6 ( PHP 355/US exchange rate). Based on the October 28 2025 exchange rate of PHP 59.195 per US$, this equals about PHP 355/hour and PHP 7,100/week for 20 hours of work. (we expect this role to initially require 15-20 hours/week)
Paid weekly or bi?weekly.
Paid training and opportunities to go full-time.
No weekend work; remote role.
