JOB OVERVIEW

We are a marketing company that sells live transfers and lead generation services to law firms. We are hiring a full-time lead generation and cold outreach specialist.

Your daily responsibilities:

COMPETITOR RESEARCH Go into the Meta Ad Library, look up our competitors, and find every law firm they are working with. Build a list of those law firms with the firm name, location, and any other relevant details. Send the list to me for approval before moving to the next step.

LIST BUILDING & EMAIL OUTREACH (BIG BUYERS) Once I approve the list, go into Apollo and find the contact emails for the decision makers at those law firms. Segment the list into two categories: big buyers and small buyers. For big buyers, send personalized cold emails using our proven templates. You will be given email accounts to send from. Target is 15 personalized emails per day per account.

COLD CALLING (SMALL BUYERS) For small buyers, cold call them directly to book meetings. Small law firms have no gatekeeper so you can reach the decision maker. Your goal on the call is to book a meeting, not to sell. Hand off booked meetings to our sales team.

You will be paid $500 per month base plus 2% commission on every deal that closes from meetings you book.
Average ticket sizes $20,000-$50,000

Role should have 6-8 hours per day.

Requirements:

Strong written English for personalized emails
Comfortable making cold calls in English
Able to follow instructions and use tools like Meta Ad Library and Apollo
Organized and able to manage lists and track outreach
Self motivated and hungry to book meetings
