What We’re Looking For:
We are hiring a **Lead Generation & Cold Outreach Specialist** who is highly organized, proactive, and confident in communicating with potential clients.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both **marketing and sales support**, and is comfortable handling outreach, data, and admin tasks.

Responsibilities:

* Scrape and build targeted lead lists (B2B preferred)
* Cold call potential clients and introduce our services
* Send cold emails and manage email campaigns
* Follow up with leads consistently
* Manage and organize leads in ----------
* Handle inbox management and responses
* Assist with general admin and marketing tasks
* Coordinate with the team using Microsoft Teams

Requirements:

* Fluent English (spoken and written)
* Proven experience in cold calling and/or cold emailing
* Experience with lead generation and data scraping
* Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills
* Reliable internet and quiet work environment
