01 ABOUT US
We are a vehicle immobilization company launching in Phoenix, Arizona. We place windshield devices on unauthorized vehicles at apartment complexes, HOAs, and retail centers — as an alternative to towing. Drivers pay $150 online to release their vehicle without needing a tow truck.
We are a small, fast-moving team. The COO runs sales and field operations. You will be her support system — making sure she walks into every day with a full, prepped pipeline and zero administrative chaos.
02 THE ROLE
This is a lead generation and CRM management role. You are NOT a caller. You are the person who makes our callers effective.
Your single most important job every day:
Deliver 50 fully researched, tagged, and loaded leads into GoHighLevel CRM before 8:30am Phoenix time (MST) every weekday.
30 leads go into the COO's call queue. 20 leads go into the Ops Supervisor's call queue.
No name found on the property = the lead does not go into the human queue.
Every lead must have: property name, address, manager name, phone number, source tag, and profile tag.
03 DAILY TASKS
BEFORE 8:30AM PHOENIX TIME — Non-Negotiable
• Research and load 50 prepped leads into GoHighLevel CRM
• For each lead: find manager name via LinkedIn or Google, verify phone number, assign correct source profile tag (Profile 1–4), assign queue tag (QUEUE-MARKCHELE or QUEUE-KATIE)
• Any lead without a verified manager name goes into the AI Voice cold pool, not the human call queue
DURING THE DAY — Ongoing Support
• Monitor cold
• Log call outcomes in GHL after each calling session (COO will brief you)
• Send 20–30 LinkedIn connection requests per day from the COO's account to property managers in Phoenix
• Mine Google Reviews daily for properties with parking complaints — these become high-priority leads
WEEKLY — AI Voice Pool & Reporting
• Load 300–500 cold contacts into the GHL AI Voice pool every week (name + phone only, no research required)
• Replenish the AI pool when it drops below 200 contacts
• Deliver Jojo's strategic call list (10–15 stalled/high-value contacts) every Wednesday by end of day
• Send Friday pipeline report: leads loaded, pipeline movement, queue status,
04 WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO
Be clear on your boundaries. This keeps you, the team, and the company safe.
• You do NOT make outbound sales calls (Month 1)
• You do NOT attend or schedule demos on your own
• You do NOT approve refunds or respond to driver disputes
• You do NOT contact properties that are currently in active negotiation unless instructed
• You do NOT make decisions — you flag, log, and escalate
05 REQUIREMENTS
Must-Haves
• GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM experience — you must have used it before, not just heard of it
• LinkedIn research skills — you must be able to find a property manager's name and verify it in under 5 minutes
• Excellent written English — your tagging notes, log entries, and messages to the team must be clear and professional
• Reliable internet and computer — this role requires fast, consistent performance every morning
• Available weekdays during Phoenix morning hours (8:00–9:00am MST minimum overlap)
• Detail-oriented — one wrong tag in the wrong queue costs the team a conversation
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience with Instantly or other cold
• Familiarity with

06 SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

These are the numbers we track weekly. They determine your Month 2 path.
