We are looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant to help grow our residential cleaning business by finding and connecting with new clients.

Responsibilities
Research property managers
Contact apartment communities
Reach out to Realtors
Cold call businesses
Send outreach emails
Build lead lists
Schedule meetings
Follow up with prospects
Update our CRM
Track outreach activities
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English
Comfortable making phone calls
Confident communicator
Organized
Self-motivated
Sales experience is a plus
Pay
$5-$7/hour + performance bonuses
