About Us

We are a fast-growing credit and business funding company helping individuals and business owners improve credit and secure capital.

We are hiring a results-driven Lead Generator & Appointment Setter who can source their own leads and book qualified appointments daily.

This role is performance-based.

Your Mission

Your only responsibility is to:

• Find qualified leads
• Start conversations
• Book appointments
• Help generate revenue

You will NOT handle customer service.
You will NOT manage social media.
You will NOT process disputes.

You build pipeline.

Responsibilities
• Research and build 150–250 new leads daily
• Source verified email + phone numbers
• Send 100+ cold emails daily
• Make outbound calls daily
• Follow up 5–7 times minimum
• Qualify prospects using script
• Book directly onto our calendar
• Track daily numbers in CRM

Performance Expectations

Minimum Targets:
• 150+ leads researched per day
• 100+ emails sent per day
• 40–60 outbound calls per day
• 5+ booked calls per day once ramped

This is a numbers-driven position.

Compensation

Base: $500–$1,000/month (depending on experience)
• $50 per closed sale

High performers can earn $2,000–$4,000+ per month.

There is no cap on commission.

• Clear and fluent English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in cold outreach or appointment setting
• Comfortable handling rejection
• Must provide daily performance reports
• Strong work ethic and competitive mindset
• Experience with CRM systems preferred
