JOB OVERVIEW

We're scaling an AI marketing agency serving real estate agents and investors with virtual staging (and more coming). We need someone who can find their own leads and turn them into booked appointments full ownership of the pipeline, start to finish.

What you'll do:

Find and build your own lists of realtors and investors (Zillow, ---------- , MLS-adjacent sources, LinkedIn, Facebook groups)
Reach out call or message and pitch our virtual staging offer
Book appointments or secure a "yes" to a free sample that's the goal of every outreach
Track your numbers: leads found, calls/messages made, appointments booked
Follow up promptly no lead sits cold

What we need:

Proven experience finding real estate leads AND setting appointments this is an end-to-end role, not just one or the other
Comfortable on the phone/messaging and handling objections confidently
Organized and self-directed — you're not waiting on us for a lead list, you're building it yourself

Paid trial: $10 flat find a small batch of leads and make outreach attempts so we can see your process, speed, and how you handle the pitch before moving into ongoing work.
