The Role
You’re the person who keeps the machine running. You’ll generate and qualify leads that feed our sales team, produce sample course content for prospects, and handle admin tasks that keep the business moving. Every task in this role is SOPed — you’ll follow clear, repeatable processes and be expected to execute them consistently and accurately.
What you’ll be doing daily:
? Sourcing and scraping leads from LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Instagram (coaches, consultants, course creators)
? Cleaning and qualifying lead data — filtering by follower count, niche, engagement, and relevance
? Uploading and managing leads in our database and CRM systems
? Producing sample course content to send to prospects as part of our sales process (following SOPs and templates)
? Running data through our AI-powered filtering and personalisation tools
? Maintaining cold
? General admin support — managing files, updating spreadsheets, organising assets, and other tasks as needed to support the team
Pay & Hours
? $6/hr, 4 hours/day, 5 days/week ($520/month)
? Working hours: 8:00 AM — 12:00 PM UK time (GMT/BST)
? Paid weekly or biweekly
? Long-term, ongoing position
What We’re Looking For
Must-haves:
? LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience — you need to know how to search, filter, and extract leads efficiently. This is non-negotiable.
? Experience with lead generation, data scraping, or list building
? Strong attention to detail — bad data wastes everyone’s time and costs us money
? Reliable and consistent — this role requires daily output, not bursts of effort followed by silence
? Comfortable following SOPs precisely — every task is documented, you follow the process
? Good written English
? Fast learner — we use specific tools and workflows that we’ll train you on
? Available to start within 1 week
Strong advantages:
? Experience with Instagram scraping tools (Phantombuster, Apify, or similar)
? Experience with cold
? Familiarity with GoHighLevel, PostgreSQL, or n8n
? Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT or similar)
? Background in B2B lead generation or sales support
? Experience working with coaches, consultants, or course creators
? Admin or virtual assistant experience
