About Us

We are a fast-growing real estate and short-term rental company focused on identifying and securing profitable furnished rental properties. Our model involves partnering with property owners to operate their units as short-term rentals.

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to identify fully furnished rental properties on Zillow, analyze their profitability using AirDNA, and conduct outreach to property owners. Your goal is to qualify opportunities and set appointments for our acquisitions team.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Research

Search Zillow daily for fully furnished rental listings
Identify properties that meet specific criteria (location, pricing, furnishing, etc.)

Deal Analysis

Use AirDNA to analyze potential short-term rental performance
Perform basic profitability calculations (revenue vs rent, margins, etc.)
Track and organize viable deals in a spreadsheet or CRM

Outreach & Lead Generation

Contact property owners via text message and phone calls
Clearly explain our rental partnership model
Qualify owners based on willingness and flexibility

Appointment Setting

Schedule calls/meetings between qualified leads and our team
Maintain consistent follow-up with interested property owners

Requirements
Experience with Zillow or real estate research
Comfortable using AirDNA (or willing to learn quickly)
Strong communication skills (English – written and verbal)
Confident making outbound calls and sending messages
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
