JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer (5+ years) to help build and scale an AI-driven automation SaaS platform. This role requires a developer who has independently built and launched web and/or mobile applications from scratch. Candidates with solo end-to-end development experience will be strongly preferred.

You’ll work closely with founders to turn ideas into scalable, secure systems while leading technical decisions and mentoring a small team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architecture and technical decisions
• Oversee end-to-end development (frontend & backend)
• Mentor developers and ensure code quality
• Collaborate with product to deliver features on time

Requirements:
• Proven experience building and launching applications solo (end-to-end)
• 5+ years full stack experience (TypeScript, Node.js, React/Next.js)
• Strong API development (REST), Docker, and system design
• Experience with Twilio, Stripe, and integrations (e.g., Zapier)
• Familiarity with AI tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex) is a plus
• Leadership or mentoring experience
