Role Overview
The Lead Engagement Specialist will be the first point of contact for potential investors and homebuyers who have expressed interest in our platforms. You will focus on engaging leads, answering initial questions, and building trust to prepare them for the sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and ideally a background in real estate or financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Bayuti (Property Investment):
Lead Engagement: Proactively contact investor leads generated through marketing campaigns and build rapport to understand their needs.
Product Knowledge: Provide clear and accurate information about investment opportunities, processes, returns, and risk factors.
Warm Lead Qualification: Identify serious prospects by assessing their readiness to invest and document their goals.
Pipeline Management: Record all interactions in the CRM system and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.
Collaboration: Share insights with the sales team to optimize conversion and ensure smooth handovers.
Compliance: Ensure all communications meet compliance standards and handle sensitive data with professionalism.
CrowdToLive (Alternative Home Financing):
Clearly explain the CrowdToLive home financing process to potential clients.
Provide estimated rental figures and outline key financial commitments.
Guide clients through the qualification steps and answer common concerns about affordability.
Move individuals through different stages of the CRM pipeline (e.g., enquiry ? assessment ? ready for sales).
Ensure clients fully understand the unique aspects of CrowdToLive as a Sharia-compliant, debt-free alternative to traditional mortgages.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in real estate, investment, or financial services (preferred).
Ability to build trust and rapport quickly over the phone and online.
Highly organized with good CRM and pipeline management skills.
