JOB OVERVIEW

Lead C# Developer (C#, ASP.NET, RESTful API, PostgreSQL)

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on C# and ASP.NET for web-based applications.
• Proven experience as a software architect, technical lead, or equivalent senior engineering role in enterprise-scale systems.
• Strong proficiency in RESTful API design and implementation, microservices architecture, and integration design patterns.
• Deep understanding of software design principles (SOLID, DDD, and design patterns) and their practical application in large-scale projects.
• Extensive experience with PostgreSQL or equivalent relational databases, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure or AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with front-end integration using modern frameworks (Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of guiding cross-functional teams and influencing architectural decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Architect and design scalable, secure, and maintainable web-based systems using C#, ASP.NET, and PostgreSQL.
• Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and design patterns across development teams.
• Mentoring engineers, reviewing designs and code, and ensuring technical excellence.
• Drive API strategy, ensuring consistency, reliability, and high performance across services.
• Perform code and design reviews, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and high-quality delivery.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve scalability and development efficiency.
• Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment automation efforts to streamline release processes.
Education Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Job Location
• Full-time, remote position (Philippines).
• Must be able to collaborate effectively with distributed global teams.
