JOB OVERVIEW

Review existing villa concepts, finalize architectural floor plans and facades, and provide comprehensive interior design and finishes.

Responsibilities:

Review and optimize initial villa layouts for spatial efficiency, natural light, and privacy.

Develop final 2D architectural floor plans, elevations, and sections.

Design the interior layouts, including custom joinery, ceiling designs, and furniture placement.

Create 3D renders for both the exterior facade and key interior spaces.

Coordinate with the MEP engineer to ensure HVAC ducts and smart home sensors integrate seamlessly with interior aesthetics (e.g., hidden AC grills, decorative lighting).

Ensure all architectural designs comply with the Saudi Building Code (SBC).

Must-Haves:

Proven portfolio featuring modern residential villas (architecture + interiors).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering software (Lumion/V-Ray/Corona).
