JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Lead Appointment Setter to manage our sales pipeline and ensure a seamless experience for our potential and existing clients. The ideal candidate will be a CRM expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at converting inquiries into scheduled appointments.

Key Responsibilities
CRM & Appointment Scheduling: Manage all scheduling directly through our CRM to ensure the calendar is always accurate and optimized.

Lead Flow Management: Organize lead flow and maintain updated client lists to ensure no opportunity is missed.

Timely Follow-Ups: Execute consistent and timely follow-ups with both potential and existing clients, keeping a detailed track of all interactions.

Inquiry Handling: Act as the primary point of contact to provide information to clients; for complex inquiries, you will be responsible for scheduling a deep-dive call with the founder.

Inbound & Outbound Communication: Answer incoming phone calls professionally and book appointments directly on the spot.

Social Media Outreach: Proactively engage and outreach to individuals on social media platforms who interact with our content and posts.

Requirements
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or Virtual Assistant.

High proficiency in Sales CRMs (such as GoHighLevel).

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional client interaction.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple lead streams simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and manage a remote workspace efficiently.
