We are growing fast — and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and be the operational backbone of our marketing engine.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is NOT a VA role. This is NOT only project management. This is NOT only funnel building.
This is a hybrid role for someone who is a doer, skilled in marketing systems and launch execution.
You’re the person who takes ideas ? builds them ? launches them ? tests them ? improves them.
You don’t need to be a strategist yet — strategy is provided — but you must be strong in: Implementation, Execution, funnel tech, organizing timelines, light creative, QA, data interpretation, troubleshooting
This role directly impacts revenue every month.
You are the person who keeps the marketing machine moving.
???? YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
1) Launch & Campaign Project Management
Manage 1 live enrollment event per month
Manage 1 new mini-offer launch per month
Create timelines, task lists, and follow-up processes
Coordinate content, tech, ads, and sales teams
Ensure all launch assets are delivered on time
Run QA checks before every campaign goes live
Keep the CEO out of the chaos by running the backend smoothly
2) Funnel Setup & Conversion Optimization
You’ll build, update, and maintain: Sales pages, Landing pages, Webinar funnels, Lead magnet funnels, Checkout flows, Thank-you & confirmation pages
You will also: Test headlines, CTA buttons, hero sections, Improve page layout for clarity & conversion, Check form conversion % and drop-off points
Ensure error-free tech (links, automations, tags, tracking)
Identify and fix funnel “leaks”
3) Creative Support
Create basic Canva graphics (ad creatives, story slides, landing page elements)
Draft alternate headlines & CTAs
Suggest ad angles and launch hooks
4) Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
Pull funnel and launch performance metrics weekly
Monitor CPL, landing page conversion, sales page conversion
Identify what is dropping vs improving
Propose 2–3 test ideas based on data
Provide weekly KPI dashboards

Digital Marketing Coordinator
Funnel Builder
Marketing Assistant (with funnel + PM experience)
Launch Assistant
Junior OBM with tech skills
Marketing VA who has worked for online coaches
Agency junior who handled multiple campaigns/funnels
? YOU MUST BE CONFIDENT IN:
Building simple funnels and pages
Using tools like: Kajabi, ClickFunnels, LeadPages, HighLevel, ThriveCart (any is fine — just be fast at learning)
Canva
Zapier + automation logic
Project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Notion)
Tracking & interpreting marketing numbers
Fixing things when they break
