We are the highest-performing ticket brokering company looking for the rare opportunity to join our team initially part-time.

IMPORTANT 1: You need to work the scheduled times below AND have experience in secondary market ticketing.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Last-Minute Operations Assistant to support our Operations team during urgent fulfillment windows, especially after-hours Philippines time and weekends. You are a extremely organised, attentive to detail and a great problem solver.

This role is focused on helping with same-day and next-day event orders, urgent ticket re-transfers, marketplace communications, and last-minute operational issues. You'll be working with Skybox, Viagogo, Stubhub, AXS, Ticketmaster and other websites.

The role is part-time to start, with the possibility to extend into more days or additional hours during peak event weeks.

Key Responsibilities
Handle last-minute order fulfillment for same-day and next-day events
Process ticket re-transfers and complete urgent orders
Answer inbound calls from marketplaces
Respond to urgent emails and messages from marketplaces
Help resolve last-minute delivery or fulfillment issues
Support account sign-ups and other operational tasks when needed
Escalate urgent issues clearly and quickly to the wider Operations team
Review Last Minute inventory

12:00 PM – 8:00 PM UK (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PH)

Saturday & Sunday
8:00 AM – 11:00 AM UK (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM PH)

1:00 PM – 7:00 PM UK (7:00 PM – 1:00 AM PH)

(2 more hours/week during peak)

Philippines time is based on UK summer time. The PH equivalent may shift by 1 hour when UK daylight saving time changes.
