EBIT Co., Ltd. collaborates with leading global technology companies on AI training and engineering-related projects. We are currently recruiting software developers and engineers to participate in a variety of remote coding projects that support AI model improvement, software engineering quality evaluation, and workflow optimization.

This opportunity is ideal for developers who enjoy analyzing code, reviewing technical outputs, improving engineering quality, and contributing to the development of next-generation AI systems.

Depending on your experience level, you may be assigned to one of several ongoing projects that involve tasks such as code review, engineering analysis, workflow improvement, or AI training support.

> What You May Work On
Reviewing and analyzing existing codebases to identify improvement opportunities
Evaluating code quality, debugging approaches, and engineering best practices
Reviewing AI-generated code and providing technical feedback
Completing Python-based workflow updates or backend improvements
Writing technical explanations, engineering evaluations, or coding solutions
Supporting AI training by generating or reviewing technical content related to software engineering

> Required Qualifications
Experience with Python or other major programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Go, TypeScript, or C++
Ability to read and understand existing code
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Ability to communicate technical reasoning clearly in written English
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with Git, command-line tools, and modern development workflows

> Preferred Qualifications
Experience conducting code reviews or working with unfamiliar codebases
Experience contributing to open-source projects
Understanding of software engineering best practices and debugging techniques
Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or similar tools
Exposure to AI, machine learning workflows, or prompt engineering

Remote freelance work
Flexible working hours
Compensation varies by project and task complexity
(typically USD $25 – $100 per task or up to $50/hour depending on the project)
