JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Landscape Estimator to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will have experience estimating landscape projects, preparing cost breakdowns, and working with blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate project budgets.

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare accurate cost estimates for landscape projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
2. Review site plans, blueprints, and project specifications to calculate quantities and costs.
3. Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure estimates align with client requirements and project scope.
4. Track and update project budgets as changes occur.
5. Assist with bid preparation and proposal submissions.
6. Provide examples of previous estimation work during the application process.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Landscape Estimator or in a similar role.
2. Strong ability to read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
3. Proficiency in estimating software (Jobber experience is an advantage)
4. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
5. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
6. Portfolio or examples of previous estimates/projects are a plus.
