JOB OVERVIEW

You’ll build landing pages from start to finish including: strategy, copy, design, and build, so they’re not just “pretty,” they’re built to sell.

Write landing page content (headlines, sections, CTAs, FAQs) based on the offer + target audience
Design high-converting page layouts (mobile-first) that grab attention fast
Develop and launch pages in WordPress, Webflow, and Framer
Implement conversion best practices: clear hierarchy, strong above-the-fold, persuasive structure, friction reduction
Build pages that match brand guidelines while still optimizing for performance
Set up form + lead capture integrations (CRM/email tools, Calendly, Zapier, etc. as needed)
Ensure fast load speed, clean responsiveness, and cross-browser consistency
Collaborate with our ads team to align page messaging with campaign angle and creative

What we’re looking for
Strong landing page portfolio with measurable results (CPL reduction, conversion rate lifts, etc.)
Deep understanding of what converts across different industries (service businesses, home services, construction, real estate, etc.)
Confident in copywriting (not just “filling sections,” but persuasion)
Strong visual taste + UX/UI fundamentals (spacing, hierarchy, readability, flow)
Comfortable building in WordPress + Webflow + Framer (or very strong in 2 and learning the 3rd quickly)
Understands ad traffic intent (cold vs warm audiences, retargeting, offer framing)
Clean, professional work: no sloppy spacing, no broken mobile layouts, no grammar mistakes

Bonus points
CRO mindset (A/B test ideas, heatmap learnings, iterative improvements)
Experience with tracking setup (Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, conversion events)
Familiar with industry-specific compliance considerations (where relevant)

Deliverables you’ll typically work on
1-page landing pages (lead gen / booked calls)
Funnels (landing page + thank you page + basic follow-up flow)
