JOB OVERVIEW

RCL LAND is a fast-growing U.S. real estate investment company that buys and sells vacant land
across the country. Our mission is simple — to find great land deals and make the selling process
smooth and stress-free for property owners.

Job Overview
We’re looking for a Land Comps Specialist — someone analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate
about real estate research. Your job is to evaluate vacant land properties, research comparable sales
(“comps”), and help determine accurate offer prices so our acquisition team can close great deals.
This is a remote position ideal for someone who enjoys research, data analysis, and working with
numbers.

? Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate vacant land properties we’re considering for purchase.
- Find and analyze comparable land sales in the same area to determine market value.
- Create accurate offer ranges that allow us to buy profitably and competitively.
- Maintain detailed records of property data and comparable findings.
- Communicate clearly with our acquisitions team and submit daily reports.

? Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills (Google Maps, Zillow, Redfin, Realtor, LandWatch, etc.).
- Good understanding of property valuation and real estate market trends (training provided).
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.

? Preferred (but not required):
- Experience working with real estate or data analysis.
- Familiarity with the U.S. property market, especially vacant land.
- Experience using spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel).
