JOB OVERVIEW

We high level US land investment company seeking a highly skilled Land Comp Analyst / Land Appraiser to help evaluate vacant land opportunities and support acquisition decisions.

We are looking for someone who is sharp, detail-driven, and consistently accurate — a true problem-solver who can analyze land confidently and deliver reliable valuations with minimal oversight. This role plays a direct part in the deals we pursue.

Your Responsibilities:
• Research vacant land properties across multiple U.S. markets
• Identify and analyze comparable land sales (comps) with precision
• Determine accurate market values based on data, trends, and property characteristics
• Evaluate zoning, road frontage, utilities, flood zones, and overall usability
• Assess subdivision potential and highest & best use
• Use county GIS, tax assessor data, mapping tools, and land platforms
• Provide clear, concise comp reports with strong justification for value

Requirements:
• Proven experience comping and valuing vacant land (required)
• Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
• Extremely high attention to detail — no sloppy work
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Experience using Google Maps, County GIS, and public records
• Ability to understand zoning and development potential
• Self-starter who can work independently and hit deadlines

Compensation:
• $5–$7 per hour (based on experience & performance)
• Performance-based bonuses available
