We are a fast-growing US land investment company seeking a high-performing Land Analyst to help evaluate vacant land opportunities and support acquisition decisions.
We are looking for an A-Player someone highly analytical, detail-oriented, & capable of working independently with minimal training.
Your Responsibilities:
Research vacant land properties across the United States
Identify and analyze comparable sales (comps)
Determine accurate market values for vacant land
Analyze zoning, subdivision potential, and development feasibility
Use county GIS, tax assessor data, & mapping tools
Provide clear, concise written analysis for acquisition decisions
Requirements:
Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
Extremely high attention to detail
Strong research and analytical skills
Experience using Google Maps, County GIS, & public records
Ability to analyze zoning and development potential
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
